I'd like to think I have some domain knowledge here[0]. So here's my two cents: there is no performance-based stat that will tell you if you're good. Rank is the only thing that matters. There are however a lot stats that can tell you if you're good amongst your peers in your current rank. The idea is that once your rank converges with your skill, your stats will trend towards the median. But the good news... - Source: Hacker News / about 2 months ago
If tracker.gg is anything to go off by, EMEA has 2.6 million val users, while NA has only around a million. It's not like EMEA can't produce talent, it's more like as others have said, the EU challenger structure is a bit whack atm. Also, CS is still the more popular FPS there, so there's that. I would recommend go to tracker.gg and don't just stare at the stats thinking u are bad and bottom %. Instead see the SWOT (strengths, weakness, opportunity and threats) I am not just spouting bullshit out of mind. It really helps. Look for where you are weak and work on it, see where u are strong and hook to it to make it stand out in your games. Source: 12 months ago
I got the Music and audio from OpenGameArt.org. If you're interested in using any of it yourself, check out the credits document in my GitHub repository. I have the assets I use linked in there. - Source: dev.to / 2 months ago

Ive looked on itch.io, gamedevmarket.net, opengameart.org, and r/gameassets but didnt find any. Surely bank robberies are a common enough theme to be some out there somewhere, but I cant find them and I just started so I don't know where else to look tbh. Im also a broke college student so it needs to be a free asset or I cannot afford it lol. Source: 7 months ago
I'm a fan of https://opengameart.org/ for RPG assets; just be sure to check the licenses if you plan to release the game. Source: 9 months ago
You might need to dig around a little for animated sprite sheets, but there are plenty of good quality free 2d assets: https://www.kenney.nl/assets https://itch.io/game-assets/free https://opengameart.org/. - Source: Hacker News / 10 months ago
