I spent some time working on this tool called IMDB-Trakt-Syncer which syncs user watchlist, ratings and comments for Movies, TV Shows and Episodes both ways between IMDB and Trakt. I'm coming from the perspective of a smaller-medium sized business, so something really comprehensive/expensive like Zylo or Bettercloud might be overkill or simply not affordable unless you are enterprise-sized.
