I've seen a few posts about this but they're a few years old, and I wasn't sure if things may have changed. I know that data caps etc matter less these days with larger data plans. That said, I'd love some advice. The service I'm going for, transistor.fm, recommends MP3. They also recommend a max file size of 200MB. Both in mono, an MP3 version of my first episode is 38.5MB. A lot of great suggestions here. Thought I might add a few as well: 1. If possible, filters like "Full-time/Part-time/Contract/Internship" 2. Salary filters. This might be tricky because the majority of postings don't contain the salary information upfront. 3.
