TransSee mentions (3)

  • Service changes and bad luck
Also if you go the YRT route I seriously recommend using something like transsee.ca or triplinx.ca (I find this one to be least accurate however) to track said bus movement. Also as a bonus if you get stuck in the area assuming they are still open heading home last time I was there the Chinese grocery stores were decently priced for veggies, fruits and some meats (pre pandemic, ones beside P Mall). • GRT is pretty good. No, I am not joking.
Nobody is claiming ION is never late, but it rarely deviates from the schedule by more than a minute, which can be seen objectively in data from transsee.ca. Average schedule adherence is superb compared to many bus routes, and certainly far exceeds anything Route 200 could ever have hoped for with increased ridership. Source: over 2 years ago
  • What is this cylinderical object on a trunk?
With the appropriate software/website you can track the location of the vehicle, with info such as speed, coordinates, altitude, route, destination, and more. Many transit buses employ such a system, transsee.ca being an example of this. Source: about 3 years ago

  • Show HN: I built a web app to open source travel itineraries
Wanderlog is also really good for this type of thing: https://wanderlog.com/. I'm a pretty active user of it, but TripGeeks also looks cool. - Source: Hacker News / 3 months ago
  • Can I get some opinions on my Paris Itinerary? I have attached pictures below that goes over my itinerary for 5 days in Paris. It is my first time. Please let me know if I am missing something that I should add or if I should change up a couple things.
Whoa, they also have a Chrome extension for collecting information during the planning process: https://wanderlog.com. Source: 7 months ago

I know this post is over a week old now, but I really like wanderlog.com. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Looking for a great travel planning app
I used Wanderlog which can suggest you popular locations in a city, if you pay for it you can optimize your itinerary for a day. It has some budgeting capabilities, but it won't suggest you accommodations, flights or transit from a city to another though. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Welcome to r/wanderlog!
Hey there! I'm Peter -- one of the twin-brother founders of Wanderlog and a member of the team of 8 working on it. We're creating an unofficial subreddit so that folks can share itineraries, ask for suggestions, and ask questions and make suggestions around using Wanderlog (https://wanderlog.com). I realize it'll be pretty quiet in her starting out, but if anyone on Reddit's already using Wanderlog, feel free to... Source: almost 2 years ago
