What are you thinking of? A honeypot that redirect mybank.com to a hacker controlled domain such as myb4nk.com, hoping the user doesn't realize the redirection? It could potentially work but that seems like a lot of work just to target random people on a public wifi hoping that they visit one of the domains you spoofed. Source: over 1 year ago
