Nearly everything on reddit uses reddit-flavored markdown. Backticks for Inline code, as you discovered, but indent code blocks with four spaces. That third graph doesn't do a good job of accurately assigning commits to organization. For example, two the largest GNOME contributors for Red Hat are Florian Müllner and Jonas Ådahl. Both of them don't commit using a redhat.com email address. Instead they use gnome.org and gmail.com respectively.
