  If you identify as a woman, Practicum by Yandex gives away full scholarships monthly though Women Who Code and they are phenomenal (I did its Data Science program and tried Web Development). Like you, I need structured and cant learn on my own but I also didn't want to commit to class time so Practicum had a nice middle ground as you learn on your own but there are deadlines.   Approximately 3 years ago I started doing a front-end development course on teamtreehouse.com wich was pretty good but was like 20 dollars a month.( so I dont really recommend it ) quite expensive. This got me an internship at a friends company. Wich I did for 1 year ( I did some front end stuff but mostly wordpress developing there wich wasnt really my thing but at least I had some tech related development stuff... Source: about 1 year ago
