Has anyone ever had a customer leverage a 3rd party negotiator, like Tropic, during deal negotiations? Basically they negotiate price and terms with you on behalf of the customer. They get info from you, go back to the customer for feedback and then come back with counter offers/demands. Source: about 1 year ago
Side note: If you're getting requests from your clients for this type of service, you probably also have an opening to ad-sell your own "SaaS negotiation service". When we initially researched, we did them independently. For RFP software, we wanted something to help with tracking, analyzing, generating proposals, AI answer suggestion/knowledge base, assigning related tasks etc. Avnio & RFPIO made our shortlist.
