   Great app for a free service. Standard security features. Hosted in Germany.

   🏁 Competitors: ProtonMail, Yandex.Mail, Microsoft Outlook

   👍 Pros:    Free basic plan|Data protection and security|Well designed

• troubles after tutanota became tuta..now cannot log in

  Weeks ago when tutanota became tuta I had same issues...wouldnt allow me log in. I clicked links provided by tuta to "migrate" data...never worked. Few days later...i was able to log in at https://mail.tutanota.com/login and continued until today, when my credentials were not "valid" anymore so tried at tuta.com and same thing.   Currently I'm on Newsblur. But it's really convoluted to Self host - to my "shame" I use their cloud hosted app with premium. It's (over)laden with features that I actually use and cheaper than for example Feedly. Source: about 1 year ago
