I use Twitter. The Tweetdeck website is perfect for this. You can make lists for the topics of your choice and put whatever accounts you want into those lists. You never see a single dumb user comment unless you specifically want to. Source: about 1 year ago

Somehow I don't think the handful of Reddit commenters are representative of the hundreds of millions of Twitter users. The Brave browser and/or SmartTube seem to work for me. Now we just need a smooth way to transition from when clicking on a youtube link - to have an option to open one of those two (for desktop and mobile). I also recommend an adblocker like Adblock plus or a privacy browser like Brave to limit the amount they can learn about you when not in Private Mode. Add more gray man to your everyday web use.
