As you play the champ more, you'll start to understand why people build specific items on them. Usually, their kit scales better with specific stats or effects. The average Emerald+ Player has more than 50% winrate. Other sites like U.gg normalize their winrates to 50% average, while Lolalytics does not, so low winrates on Lolalytics are worse than they look while high winrates are not as good as they seem. Source: 7 months ago

Sometimes a server just doesn't show up in the server list. You can try finding the server in just-wiped.net or battlemetrics.com there is a connect button in these websites that connects you to the server through your steam account.
