I tried this once a day, but always got 403 forbidden error. The udemy-dl repo has been archived, and the author won't support it any more. Can anyone here kindly help? Thank you! Source: over 2 years ago
If the course doesn't use DRM then https://github.com/r0oth3x49/udemy-dl otherwise https://github.com/Puyodead1/udemy-downloader and https://github.com/Satsuoni/widevine-l3-guesser with downgraded CDM to 2209 (might stop working on Udemy in the future though, but it still works for now). Thanks for the response. I was looking at using Udemy-dl https://github.com/r0oth3x49/udemy-dl and downloading the courses using the access token in the cookies.txt file instead of logging in using my account details. Would this be safer? I might try using IDM and see if anything happens if I download 1 course. Source: over 2 years ago
Udemy-dl is a good option (here I published the steps). Source: over 2 years ago
We used to ask people to rank themselves on the page-jones scale of expertise (detailed here https://medium.com/@helen.taner.nc/how-to-estimate-your-software-engineering-expertise-67e6ba9a6d9f) Generally, people who ranked themselves as Masters were subject to the dunning Kruger effect (and/or arrogance). - Source: Hacker News / about 2 hours ago
Usually when people are saying "LLMs can't reason" they are claiming they are unable to do logical inference (although the claims are often quite hard to pin down to something specific). Yes, an 8080 is capable of reasoning. Prolog runs well, see for example: https://medium.com/@kenichisasagawa/exploring-the-wonders-of-prolog-my-journey-from-the-1980s-31b4df592ef8. - Source: Hacker News / 1 day ago
> LLMs by design are not capable of reason. This isn't true. A deep neural network certainly can emulate the logical functions we think of as "reasoning" (ie, AND/OR/XOR functions). Fortunately, Yonatan (who was in fact the main engineer working on Google+) reposted it to Medium: https://medium.com/@yonatanzunger/how-the-price-of-paint-is-set-in-the-hearts-of-dying-stars-c33e520186a8 After he wrote it I pointed out most historical barns in many parts of the US are white, using whitewash (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whitewash) which doesn't really change the conclusion of the article, which... - Source: Hacker News / 5 days ago
