There are multiple skills that will upscale your development journey and provide you with a better command of your role as a developer. CS is computer science. Also check out edx.com It is hosted by Harvard and if you pay for the course which is very little you get a certificate from them. There is also groupings of courses were you can get a business certificate. Also check out udemy.com. Wait for the specials for $10-15. Core coding and IT skills are a must though. Pick a language you followed and liked at Uni, check there is decent job demand for it, and do a udemy.com course on it (great value, great content, very cheap). It may just be me, but I cannot adjust to the number of clicks I need to make to do the same stuff I was doing before. Maybe I'm just used to GC... For some positives, I really have found a couple I like that seem to be pretty popular. For videos I've been liking EdPuzzle. Not the most engaging but better... Source: over 2 years ago
