That is common for large files. If you press "Try again", it usually resumes from exactly the same spot. Generally tho, I recommend using a download manager in such cases. I can recommend uGet, it's completely open source and is a frontend for wget. Source: over 1 year ago

I've been looking around for a selfhosted tool where you can add domains on monitor. When the domain get available it should notify me by mail or something so I can buy it myself or for a client.
