There are sites filled with UI strings popping up all over the web these days - like mobbin.com or uigarage.net or theappfuel.com. How do they do it? Take a look at this website, a lot of pretty good ideas inside. I mean this won't help you to exactly figure out what business to do, however, it might help you to figure it out where you should start and you might get some reference and ideas from it.
