Most of these are just newsletters and typical spam. They have your email to send you this stuff from when you made your old accounts. You can unsubscribe from each service manually (usually a small "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email). Or try this tool to unsubscribe from most of them quickly. Source: about 1 year ago

Especially if you recently migrated from Windows, I'm sure you'll like HyperSwitch. It's lag-free, keyboard window switcher. Show all apps with it's windows in one list, like in windows. But I'm not sure it works on arm, my mpb on intel. Source: over 1 year ago

As a millennial, the first thing I do when I get a new Macbook is install Hyperswitch [1] which makes Cmd+Tab cycle through all windows of all applications of the current desktop. The regular OSX workflow seems to be only good for a workflow that includes a single maximised Chrome window with a million tabs open.
