There's Arena focused sites like Untapped or AetherHub which are also apps you can get for in-game UI overlays and stat tracking, and lots of other sites out there for MtG decks though some won't always be for Arena. For example budget deck lists for tabletop can be much different from Arena-focused lists as rares in tabletop can be a dime while they all cost the same, valuable wildcard on Arena.
