Given that we live in an age where reliable and up to date medical knowledge is freely available online I see no reason why we should limit our resources for dealing with fibromyalgia to those offered by our local medical system. This is more of a question than an answer, but has anyone used an online audio transcription site to create an English transcription directly from a Spanish language audio podcast MP3 file? I was just looking into this this morning, and seems like there are some services out there that will do this, either for free for small files (10 min) or at what seems like a reasonable price.
