Additionally, I've found that Trello can be a bit slow at times, especially when you have a lot of boards and cards.

I'm currently using Urbackup (urbackup.org) which worked great on my windows server, but I made the switch to linux recently (command line only) and Urbackup seems to crash every few minutes/hours.
