For an incentive, you can screen the right people to participate in your playtest. Keep in mind you will need to do some vetting and make sure you're not getting "professional" participants. What resources could someone who has achieved this, point me to. I once came across a development doc link on joomla.org I thought; I cannot seem to find it.
