The userback.io link appears to relate to the site's hovering "feedback" button on the side, which may be regarded by some as an annoyance, though I'd only block it if it doesn't otherwise remove the feedback function on the site. This helps me to write manual test cases for my features and when I finish the work, I can run all test cases step by steps and check everything manually.
