I need to recruit 5-6 parents/grandparents for a study and I'm having trouble finding a company I can use (aside from usertesting.com since they tailor to large companies and I'm doing freelance work). As you will be posting blogs, most likely you will be using WordPress. Someone has already recommended Yoast SEO. I use it too, though some say that it affects page speed. Other recommended plugins are All in one SEO and Rank Math SEO. I learned a lot online. I read the blog and articles at yoast.com. I installed the yoast app in my WordPress installation. Then I just wrote articles and optimize it for the keywords.
