With discord, you should checkout the mod-versions. I use vesktop/vencord - https://vencord.dev/ - which supports plugins/themes natively. I was mostly using this cause discord video/audio support in linux is crap and this works better. Source: 7 months ago

As someone who's had visual snow for over 20 years and never linked it with other symptoms that are described in the study, my mind is blown.
