   This is very useful application for me. Now i can watch videos of any format on my laptop with vlc player. It solved my all problems of video formats and play problem.

For example, when you buy a Blu-ray disc that supports Dolby Vision, the disc contains several m2ts files containing HEVC encoded videos.
