Https://freephonenum.com/ is one example, googling "single use phone numbers" (no quotes) yield others, but be careful: lots of "verify your phone number" sites are now disallowing these numbers for verification. Source: almost 2 years ago

This method only works for people who have just been banned for the first time but what I did was go on the site https://freephonenum.com and add one of those numbers when wizz asks you to sign up. If you don’t get a code just keep trying the other numbers they offer until you see the code pop up. This actually worked for me the first time I got banned. doesn’t work again after that.
