Overall speech recognition is good enough so it can understand all the terms I need. Summarization is good too. US guy here (not a lawyer), definitely set up the company first and have written stuff in place for what each founder/dev gets. Team disagreements over a multi-sig or distribution can be a killer and are likely going to be your main issue.
