I do think generative AI has some really interesting possibilities for interactive media - but I don't see how it unlocks anything. It's clear there's a market for well-designed and compelling VR chat. VRChat[1] has a large community and had a very active developer community[2]. In reality, there are a lot of attack vectors like MITM, event logging or sometimes straight up storing data in plaintext.
