  One really cool feature that KOReader has for self-hosters though is support for wallabag, which is a "read it later" service that you can self-host. Then you can access your saved articles through its web UI, Android app or KOReader. I highly recommend checking it out if you like reading articles.   Baserow is cool. We evaluated it within our company a few months ago and eventually settled for Nocodb (https://nocodb.com/) - easy to run, more mature.
