For the prospecting, I've been playing around with it for a few days but it can definitely improve. Im targeting about 40-70k monthly visitors and for reaching them I use wappalyzer.com and target adsense users with mid level traffic according to them + I use sales nav to scrape the leads of people who have travel writer or food writer on their linkedin bio but the down side of that is you cant tell how big they are. The Nomad list has a FIRE calculator that used to be free and would list a bunch of cities all over the world and when/how much you would need to FIRE there based on your numbers. You need to sign up and pay a one time $90 fee now to access everything (I think like the top 10 places you could FIRE at this very moment/soonest) for free still though.
