Backblaze is great because it's a set price, unlimited, and I don't have to think twice about it. I use Arq to backup my machine + external drives (several drives with lots of photos) to my local NAS. Was sending data to Wasabi, but the costs got out of control. Fair fair. Most of the services have export functions to take your code offline, not sure if Softr does. But anycase, if you don't want to use a no-code web-based builder, then you can try something like Bootstrap Studio to build with Bootstrap CSS.
