   Designing websites with Webflow has been an absolute delight. Its visual interface makes the design process intuitive and efficient. The drag-and-drop functionality for elements is a real time-saver, and the real-time preview allows for instant feedback. Customizing designs to be responsive for different devices is a breeze. • It's 4am. I just "unthrottled myself" but now I'm very upset

  Both real world (I was trying to use steam to update things) and on the 19th when I think this glitch first started I was downloading a ubuntu image from their official download link (so I assume it should be able to stream a pretty solid bitrate. Basically steam (which should be able to cap my connection no problem), random website traffic, speedof.me and the waveform buffer bloat tests all showed me hard pegged... Source: about 1 year ago
