Download the browser pale moon and an old version of adobe flash player. Then go to webkinz.com and click play, and when it prompts to download the desktop app, open up a new tab with http://webkinz.com/authenticate.html. Source: over 2 years ago
Since flash is no longer supported, you have to download Webkinz onto your computer and it will appear as a desktop app. Just go to webkinz.com and it will have a button at the top that says 'play,' which prompts you to download your PC's version of the app. Hope this helps :).
