  • Searching RMM software for few endpoints
Https://github.com/amidaware/tacticalrmm Its rather a PITA to setup (needs a domain name that you can update TXT records on for its certs) once setup, its a VERY nice RMM. Source: over 2 years ago

Tactical rmm: phenomenal open source tool. Https://github.com/amidaware/tacticalrmm. Source: over 2 years ago
  • Need to Replace Kaseya ASAP
If your in a pinch and dont want to commit to a vendor just yet you can buy yourself time and deploy TacticalRMM. Its free ($50/m sponsorship gets you code signing). It can integrate with Screenconnect, Splashtop, and Teamviewer but comes built in with meshcentral (which works well, just doesn't do multi-monitor as well as say screen-connect). It does patching really well and scripting is very strong too. Its a... Source: over 2 years ago
  • From MSP to IT Manager/SysAdmin/NetAdmin
I did locate a brilliant Open Source RMM - tacticalRMM (https://github.com/wh1te909/tacticalrmm, https://wh1te909.github.io/tacticalrmm/) which I have now been using for quite a while and this works great for remote control and monitoring. Plus they have a fairly active Discord Server for support and discussion. Source: about 3 years ago
  • Certbot Renewal issue
I am pretty noob at certs and renewals but managed to get https working on my internal server from the initial setup of TacticalRMM. During the install it sets you up with certbot and I'm on version 0.40.0. I completed a DNS challenge on my live domain and boom it worked now I was able to make it work after making some local DNS records for my server. Now it is coming up with renewal and I cannot figure it out. Source: over 3 years ago

  • Monitor Server Status Up or Down
Level.io does this plus a whole lot more. As some have mentioned already, ideally there are lists of things to monitor. These can all be added to a policy along with up/down status and applied to devices. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • Alternative to Teamviewer / AnyDesk for remote connection
Level.io works from a browser, so no client needed on the controlling computer. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • Web Application for running powershell locally
With Level.io you can create a script library and then run them on one (or many) target devices. They could be run on the local client that is being used as well, which is what I believe you're asking for. This all works via an agent that checks in to the service and is responsible for the queueing and running off the scripts. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • Ticketing System + RMM recommendations
Take a look at level.io for RMM. Free trial, no commitment, and no need to get a quote or talk to sales. Works for Windows, Mac, and Linux. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • RMM software recommendations for a small business?
I'd recommend checking out Level (https://level.io). They charge a flat $1 per endpoint. Source: about 2 years ago
