Hi everyone. The other day a client of mine's employees started having issues with the "internet not working". After some detective work with traceroute and interviewing them about what sites they were having issues with, I determined that the actual issue was with the web.whatsapp.com service having downtime. I'm mentioning all this because I'm now thinking of making them a small video/article on our intranet... Source: 7 months ago
I believe web.whatsapp.com is being blocked by local telecom companies in order to protect their duopoly and keep Oman in tech--stone-age. If fewer people know how else the rest of the world uses the internet, then they don't have to make an effort to improve their offerings. Omantel is definitely blocking this web.whatsapp.com. I would try zocdoc.com as a starting point. If you have health insurance, you can put in what company it's with so they will pull up providers in your network. If not, there's an option for that too. He is based locally to where I live. He's been practicing for 30-some years, has excellent reviews, and would be the one to actually treat me if I went with him. I understand any prescription medication in either case would require an in-person... Source: over 1 year ago
You can also use appointment sites like zocdoc.com. That site will take your insurance plan information and give you a list of local doctors who accept your coverage.3 They even allow you to make appointments for them online. Source: over 1 year ago
I had good luck with zocdoc.com (no I don't work for them). Found a PCP appointment within two weeks. I initially tried a friend's doctor and they were like a 4 month wait. Source: over 1 year ago
Try zocdoc.com They allow you to enter in: the kind of provider you're looking for, location, and type of insurance you have (if you have it.) It's great because they show you availability without having to call the office. Hope this helps! Source: almost 2 years ago
