Totally regional dependent. Check out the website 'winnie.com'. If they serve your area you can see which daycares have 'openings available now'. In my area major metropolitan there are a ton of openings - you call them a year in advance and they say 'call me a few months before'. I have 3 young kids of my own and have spent much of the last 7 years finding and managing child care for my family. This is more of a question than an answer, but has anyone used an online audio transcription site to create an English transcription directly from a Spanish language audio podcast MP3 file? I was just looking into this this morning, and seems like there are some services out there that will do this, either for free for small files (10 min) or at what seems like a reasonable price.
