Totally regional dependent. Check out the website 'winnie.com'. If they serve your area you can see which daycares have 'openings available now'. In my area major metropolitan there are a ton of openings - you call them a year in advance and they say 'call me a few months before'. I have 3 young kids of my own and have spent much of the last 7 years finding and managing child care for my family. We use slite.com (for no particular reason) and link to each sop in a google spreadsheet process thats set up for a particular large task. That spreadshseet is shared among everyone. Each SOP contains a video as well of how to do the task being as specific as possible. Source: almost 2 years ago
