I don't think you need to be a holder of both. I put my mom on my Wells Fargo account and she sent to my account. There is also https://wise.com/us/ . This one I have used to send to someones account in Vietnam. It does have slightly higher fee. But it goes straight into their account. Blender is amazing for rigging, but for everything else you described I'd say you should consider svgator.com. Not that popular from what I've seen on here, and the free plan is limited, but as far as ease of using goes it's hard to beat. It's browser-based, so there's nothing to install/download.
