Hello friends, as there are ways to make a "website" for "free" there are still some costs involved. I use the word website vaguely because yes it will be technically a website. May lack some things you wish to have on your finished page, but to answer the question, yes, and if you don't care about having .something (the name of the site builder at the end of your page) you can use onuniverse.com or carrd.com both...
