Honestly, your site functionality is pretty complex. I highly suspect you are going to have trouble finding a plugin setup that does all of what you want for free. I'm not even 100% sure that there are existing off-the-shelf plugins to do it all. Though some combo of WooCommerce Memberships and a couple other plugins might do it.
