This strategy only works if you have enough confidence in your finances to know that if I gave you a card with 100k credit limit, you would never spend more on it than what you have in your bank and has been budgeted for.   On the site audiojungle.net, there's a scream called "Female Scream by WisanSound in Human Sounds" with a green gem as an icon on the side.
