This strategy only works if you have enough confidence in your finances to know that if I gave you a card with 100k credit limit, you would never spend more on it than what you have in your bank and has been budgeted for.   So... Is there any way to filter content by ratings? I found this website (http://flicksurfer.com) which is supposed to help but the region selector must not be working, or the list is not up to date. It would also be nice to filter movies by length.
