I also said in a comment below, I use YNAB to track my financial life. This strategy only works if you have enough confidence in your finances to know that if I gave you a card with 100k credit limit, you would never spend more on it than what you have in your bank and has been budgeted for. Track it by hand or in software. Not 100% sure of your intention, but if you work with python, and you're familiar with (or can spend the time learning) dask, and willing to pay, you can consider coiled.io or saturncloud.io that offer managed dask that you can scale and use GPUs etc (again, not sure if applicable to your use case).
