Personally, I bought a basic heart rate strap that connects wirelessly to my PC, and use a free VR app called YUR Fit that tracks the data and gives me an overlay in-game that shows the numbers on-screen as I play. Many fitness games even have built-in support for YUR. If you go this route, make sure that you research which monitors work with what. A good, safe recommendation is a Polar strap. Obviously I'm talking about a company that goes beyond what a property manager does. I'm talking about something like Arrived Homes (https://arrived.com/) that can split the inherited property into shares and "buy out" any partial owner that wants out. Has anyone heard of this company? I just found out about it but its called Arrived. So far, they mostly seem to be dealing with properties in the Midwest and South.
