To add to this, zazzle.com (I'm sure there are others that will too) will print and trim to a custom size. Give yourself .5"/1cm more than you need. Frames have extra space on purpose. Barring contacts in said nation who could help setup an interview, you will need to work for a multi-national and then transfer to that country.
