Tomas Wittelsbach is a traditional sculptor, turned ZBrush jewellery artist. Check out some of his live streams on pixologic.com. He did stream live critiques, not just for jewellery, but don't know his current schedule. You could join his discord and ask for more detail there. Zbrush is the gold standard and it's not cheap. It has recently switched to subscription only. Zbrush also offers a stripped down free version for beginners and dabblers called Zbrush Core Mini. Looks like it is—they started out with the same color scheme just without the splashes [0], then changed the colors when someone recognized it. From the thread it sounds like an honest mistake. They seem to have assumed that everything on icons8 [1] was up for grabs, when in fact a lot of trademarks are on there.
