Tomas Wittelsbach is a traditional sculptor, turned ZBrush jewellery artist. Check out some of his live streams on pixologic.com. Zbrush is the gold standard and it's not cheap. It has recently switched to subscription only. Zbrush also offers a stripped down free version for beginners and dabblers called Zbrush Core Mini. You could use Role it is a full fledged VTT that allows you to play with other people online and create your own character sheets using a simple visual editor or import character sheets made by the community (you can also duplicate a sheet made by the community and tweak it to your like).
