Zbrush is the gold standard and it's not cheap. It has recently switched to subscription only. Zbrush also offers a stripped down free version for beginners and dabblers called Zbrush Core Mini. I make my own but take inspiration from https://slidesgo.com/ and the beamer latex template. I try not to clutter so it's mostly white background with a distinguishable headline and some info an pictures. I also just try to add a footnote with the page number and topic of the presentation.
