To summarise the process of migrating from reCaptcha to hCaptha:
Here it is my original review
Based on our record, Zeal seems to be a lot more popular than hCaptcha. While we know about 63 links to Zeal, we've tracked only 4 mentions of hCaptcha. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
There's also Zeal (https://zealdocs.org/) which is basically the same as Dash but open source and runs on non-Mac devices. - Source: Hacker News / 6 months ago
For offline tech documentation you can use Zeal. Must have tool for poor internet connection places. Present in ubuntu repos. https://zealdocs.org/. Source: 7 months ago
Check out Zeal if git cloning docs is something you do. https://zealdocs.org/. - Source: Hacker News / 9 months ago
There’s stuff like https://zealdocs.org/ that allow you to take all relevant documentation with you so offline coding will work. If you just want to be productive, you could also bring a lot of books or downloaded tutorials on a drive. Btw, make sure your drive is encrypted and you think of a way to backup your data so you don’t lose the offline progress. - Source: Hacker News / 9 months ago
I’d suggest you look into Kiwix¹ and also Zeal². 1. https://www.kiwix.org/ 2. https://zealdocs.org/. - Source: Hacker News / 11 months ago
That's it, and HCaptcha will start working. I would imagine it's a better idea to add a specific site exception for hcaptcha.com, and I'm sure I will later, but just really didn't have the patience to do it via screen reader right now. Source: over 1 year ago
Finally, we build a front end with a captcha feature with NextJS and hCaptcha. - Source: dev.to / about 2 years ago
I have Ublock and UMatrix running. Had to whitelist hcaptcha.com and bitwarden.com to get the challenge to pop up. Source: about 2 years ago
First of all, you can stop trolling. It's not about the actual technology, as it may be hcaptcha.com for change or any others like that. It's about not relying on badly aged technology which is only creating problems for users, not for the bots, as this level of noise and numbers/letters is no longer an issue even for javascript-based AI.
