They all have whizbang features such as live-chat, collaboration stuffs, automations and workflows. They bill per contact and addons. I’d emphasize a straightforward, fuss-free angle instead.   In addition to the previously mentioned soundly, you can also try soundsnap.com. It has a subscription model that is unlimited downloads for a year, if I remember right.
