I'd suggest if you're going to use a tool to collaborate on finalized designs. One that doesn't rely on which design tool you use, why not use zeplin.io? On the site audiojungle.net, there's a scream called "Female Scream by WisanSound in Human Sounds" with a green gem as an icon on the side.
